2024 Season
Technician - Lawn Care
Expected start date: April 1st, 2024
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday
Over-Time: 0 - 15 hours per week
Salary: From $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
A Green Tech Technician will:
-Work along side a Specialized Technician (two person crew)
-Provide over-seeding and granular lawn care applications.
-Offer recommendations to improve a client's lawn if required.
-Keep your provided vehicle and equipment clean and presentable.
-Be provided with on-site, in-field training.
-Benefit from "P4P" (Pay for Performance) to generate additional income beyond your fixed salary.
A Green Tech Technician will meet the following requirements and criteria:
-Clean-cut, professional appearance.
-Valid driver's licence.
-Attention to detail.
-Great oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to work in various weather conditions.
-Able to lift bags of product up to 50lbs throughout each work day.
-Minimum 2 years industry experience is required for this position.
-Have transportation to the Saint-Lazare, Qc office each morning.

Specialized Technician - Lawn Care
Expected start date: April 1st, 2024
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday
Over-Time: 0 - 15 hours per week
Salary: From $22.00 - 26.00$ per hour
A Green Tech Specialized Technician will:
-Provide over-seeding, granular and liquid lawn care applications.
-Record lawn health inspection after each property visit.
-Document necessary corrective measures if a lawn infestation occurs.
-Offer recommendations to improve a client's lawn if required.
-Submit your completed log book at the end of each daily shift.
-Keep your provided vehicle and equipment clean and presentable.
-Be provided with on-site, in-field training.
-Benefit from "P4P" (Pay for Performance) to generate additional income beyond your fixed salary.
A Green Tech Specialized Technician will meet the following requirements and criteria:
-Clean-cut, professional appearance.
-Valid driver's licence.
-Valid CD4 Certificate.
-Attention to detail.
-Great oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to work in various, mixed weather conditions.
-Able to lift bags of product up to 50lbs throughout each work day.
-Minimum 2 years industry experience is required for this position.

General Manager - Office
Expected start date: Immediate
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday
Over-Time: 0 - 15 Hours per week
Salary: From $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Reporting to the Director of Operations, a Green Tech General Manager will:
-Manage incoming customer support calls and e-mails.
-Process agreements, payroll, and other administrative functions.
-Process renewals, applications and payments for provincial and municipal permits and certificates.
-Confirm that technicians meet customer's requirements.
-Offer recommendations to improve a client's lawn if required.
-Keep all work vehicles and equipment clean and presentable.
-Be provided with on-site training.
-Benefit from "P4P" (Pay for Performance) to generate additional income beyond your fixed salary.
-Additional office tasks as required.
A Green Tech General Manager will meet the following requirements and criteria:
-Bilingual (English and French).
-Professional appearance.
-Post secondary education.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask.
-Minimum 2 years managerial or supervisory industry experience.
-Have transportation to the Saint-Lazare, Qc office each morning.
